By downloading or using NineLivesCat ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service Description
NineLivesCat provides AI-assisted cat health checks, health records, chat, and optional premium membership features. The App is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional veterinary care.
Accounts
- You may sign in with Apple, Google, email, or other supported methods.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time in the App under Account / User Center.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Title: NineLivesCat Premium Membership
- Plans: Monthly (30 days) and Yearly (365 days) auto-renewing subscriptions
- Payment: Charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
- Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings
- Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
Medical Disclaimer
- AI results are reference only, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment.
- Seek immediate veterinary care for emergencies.
- You use the App at your own risk.
Intellectual Property
The App, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or reliance on AI output.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
